This world is ruled by stregth and Kung Fu. It's the law of the jungle where kung fu masters are admired by everyone. So Tai Lung, is very proud to be at the pinnacle. Right now, no one can defeat him one on one. So naturally he has a very big ego, deservingly so. That was why he reacted the way he did to the restaurant that denied him entry. He merely wanted to eat, and for them to disrespect him when he has money and came in peace because of his unjustified (In his mind) reputation, it made him angry and frustrated.

Primal Energy is a facilitator. It can boost my strength to great levels and help living beings maintain their bodies from withering, but it doesn't do much else on its own. I can't use it to fire an explosive bolt or whatever. It's the reason why it's been such a struggle trying to expel Primal Energy from myself. My body literally isn't evolved to do that.

I know this is late, but 100 is not the number of magic circuits you can have. Lorelei has over 1,000; that's why she considers herself a queen and the greatest magus in the age of man.
Without waiting for anyone, Lorelei checked the twins for dormant magic circuits and she wasn't going to sugarcoat it, they were a lot of them, maybe slightly more than her brother's, not to mention they are also of a higher quality.
