Well correct me if i'm wrong. This novel world view is unlike other game development novel, maybe closer to Black Tech Internet Cafe? People on this world hunt monster and the game (VR version) is just simulation training to increase their rank. Game developer can influence his city state, the greater rank developer > more hunter go to his city to play his game > city get bigger state. So far so good, sorry for my bad english. I hope author don't drop this novel.
