We would start with Pokemon that were just as strong as mine, before upping the difficulty.

Shouldn't he be able to sense sneasel with aura? Probably should start to check places using both of them after this.
Our attention was drawn by this shadow, and I/we recognized it as a Sneasel, which explained why we failed to notice it with our senses and why it did not get affected by the psychic hold. I reacted immediately and blocked Sneasel before putting it in a chokehold.

If he goes ahead and is successful in his weapon creation he should find a way to make it so those who turn out to be evil are unable to access the weapon powers. Create a worthiness rune.
Hmm, that made me think about the possibility of creating weapons using high-class materials of certain elements/types and then seeing if I could create something along the lines of magic/type knight profession by having them stimulate the elements inside and outside the weapon.

What happened with that stone that could store aura his parents gave him on his birthday? Is he even making use of it?
The same was true for any other energy attack/move. I could design some shield models to handle certain moves, and then once I had them down, I could just materialize the one I needed depending on the situation.

Btw, i am rereading the story and after going through that parasect part i was thinking that you could get a paras and find a way to get the mushroom and the bug in a symbiotic relationship for a evolution where both wins, because if the mushroom wins paras dies and if paras wins the mushroom dies.
