It's a weird novel with MC that appeared in 10 chapters out of 340 that I read. But the broadcast scenarios are pretty cool overall. Though the only problem is that with the story being divided into the main world timeline and broadcast world timeline, the actual main world timeline has little to no progress. PS: I found the raws on wtr-lab under the name "One Piece, Starting with a Review of Devil Fruits" it has 1791 chapters and is ongoing.
There are few invisibility techniques in One Piece. But I image that invisibility fruit does counter Observation Haki. Otherwise the fruit would be useless in high level fights. Oda wouldn't give Shiryu an useless fruit.
The author note here: Where exactly did the Hero of the Marines' Observation Haki go during the incident at Hachinosu? Vice Admiral Garp was actually stabbed by Shiryu wielding this same Suke Suke no Mi. His reputation was truly diminished far too severely by that showing. He was forced offline afterward to serve as a metaphorical sedan chair carrier for the deserter Coby, highlighting the latter's supposed heroism.

Wano was big let down. And Luffy winning against Kaido through Retcon does suck a lot. Then there is terrible ending of the arc and Yamato sudden declaration of "nah, I will stay". Those were terrible days indeed. However, ever since One Piece has been on fire as it now started heading towards the actual ending.
It was during one of these late-night viewing sessions, watching Kaido's devastating defeat with gritted teeth, that Kaito's anger reached a boiling point. The sheer frustration of witnessing his beloved series crumble sent a shock through his system—and the next thing he knew, consciousness was slipping away.
