I dont think author trully understand word omnipotent. If someone is omnipotent it mean he can do anything. Kill alexander by winking? easy. Prevent him from respawning? easy. Sever his connection to Big God? easy. Turn him back to regular human and sqaush him? easy. That is true omnipotence. These guys are at most just close to it or something.
Fulcrum may be omnipotent but he was still bound by the rules of the universe. He wasn't One Above All or Deadpool.
