So here's part of the problem with your ranking of missions. D ranks are typically chores, painting, chasing down tora, maybe a delivery to a close by village that is within the land of fire etc... Almost no chance for combat at this level... Your previous mission escorting the merchant should have started as a C rank as any mission with a chance of fighting bandits (normal civies with weapons or ninja school dropouts). No ninja should be fought at this level thus the mission rank increase. You ranked the escort mission as a d which got upgraded to c... where as it should have gone from an initial c to a b B ranks are usually assigned to jōnin or chūnin these missions are common for slightly more experienced genin. Assignments can involve spying or assassinations, and ninja are expected to go up against enemy ninja during the course of the mission. B-rank missions pay between 80,000 and 200,000 ryō.

actually mcu cap is stronger than comic cap... OG captain America was considered the peak of basehuman strength... so like 800 lbs-1000 lbs max... stronger than his frame and body build would suggest but not really super strong. Captain America's strength, & speed were at real world Olympic levels... He had great reflexes not spiderman or speedster fast but actually superhuman, an enhanced mind/memory/learning ability, a slight healing factor, and endurance for days

I can respect that opinion. Tobey pulls off the awkward nerd who gets tongue tied really well. Tobey's quip game while decent for a line here or there in his fights, just did not pack the same tone as andrew garfields prankster ima annoy you to death and distraction vibe.
How do I know I'm in marvel and not some weird anime, well I'm friends with Peter Parker who is a Bigfan of Tony Stark. Weird part is the Peter in question is different from any Peter I've seen from the movies. He looks like Tobey Maguire but like age accurate Tobey Maguire that you keep seeing in reddit or google. Guess its all fine since he is 18 in college and not 25 like in the movie and yes we are in College not high school.

It just didn't sit right with him but that unknown structure was a problem for later. He couldn't do everything at once, adding a potential space-faring alien civilization to the mix was a bit too much.

I'm sorry but The extremis virus is the worst possible serum for a dude who already has nanobots with healing serum in his body... They do the same thing in healing him with Extremis likely to burn out the healing serum "which will prolong his life" and cause unnecessary strain on the nanobots themselves. Even if they can take the high temp for short periods why bother for somthing you basically already have...
