In my view, Intelligence is logical thinking, understanding, self-awareness, reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving are a few of many things that define intelligence, almost all of these points can only be increased or earned by experience, few points like IQ, EQ, Critical thinking can also be God Gifted. Take MC for example Even will all the Knowledge and experience from Albedo can the MC make a working copy of Omnitrix in the first 5 tries, I don't think so, as knowing how something works does not mean you can fix or make it. First, you will learn(gain knowledge), then apply that knowledge, make mistakes and learn more, and repeat, doing all this will increase your intelligence as while doing this you will learn skills like problem-solving, reasoning, critical thinking, and logical thinking and gain understanding about the subject beyond just what you learned from someone's or books knowledge.
