it's selective. she remembers being a man. she remembers naruto was a story and the general gist of it but all the major events were blotted out instead. which means basic world knowledge is there but no plot.

like I said inconsistencies over the entirety of the academy time in Naruto. because if that were true and it was an early graduation sasuke would have graduated early.

That was most definitely not the Hokage outfit. Minato wore the basic jonin outfit similar to kakashi except with a personalized haori with flames on it that said 4th on the back. If you dont believe me look at what the third wears. Those are the Hokage specific clothes. and he wore them over his armor.
Back at the Hyuga estate, Tsunade can be seen walking up with her daughter and Naruto. Both Tsunade and Hikari are wearing robes with old, senju vajra crests on them while Naruto is wearing robes with the Uzamaki clan symbol, reminiscent of what his father once wore. "Welcome, Senju sama," the Hyuga clan guards say while bowing.

This is from Hikari's point of view even if it's third person and therefore her opinion about someone. You need to look at the context of what you're reading.
Hikari quickly settled into a routine as classes continued. She became friendly with the troublemakers of the class such as Shikamaru, Choji and Kiba. She was also beginning to dislike the two most popular kids in the class Sasuke and Sai. It wasn't really their fault though, as while they were good they acted haughty ignoring everyone else. Part of the reason for her disdain stemmed from her extra curricular class. This was easily the most hated part of the day for her when she had to attend these kunoichi classes. First it was mandatory and while she admitted "begrudgingly" that it made sense and would have been fine usually she felt like hitting things by the time it was over. The other girls did nothing but talk about the boys at every opportunity during this time frame and she felt like her mind was going to snap. Her only solace was that Hinata didn't join in since everyone else trash talked Naruto, who Hinata had apparently developed some affection for. She did however manage to get Hinata to talk with her about their respective training at home and Hinata actually revealed some of the ways the Hyuga train their own chakra control for their hands.

naruto started at 6 in canon and was said to have started 2 years early. pretty sure that's all the proof you need for am actual starting age. If you actually piece that information together with the fact her failed the graduation exam twice and had to repeat the final year twice youd realize that means Naruto has inconsistencies in it's own canon surrounding the academy.

Ashlyn had to admit that watching Ho-Oh was a beautiful experience. Then she saw something glittering was falling towards her. She gently grabbed it and looked at the item which was a beautiful rainbow feather. Ashlyn and Tesla were awed by it.

Ashlyn had always loved this song ever since she first heard it. She had met the girl, Alice, in Alamos Town in the Sinnoh Region when she and Prof. Oak were visiting the town. While she was exploring, she heard Alice playing the song and she asked Alice if she could teach her. Alice then began teaching her during their stay. Ashlyn really enjoyed learning how to leaf whistle with the song. She really liked the affect of the song towards the Pokémon including people as well.

Once lunch was over, Ashlyn and her Pokémon started training. Ashlyn had put the Mega Stone Bracelet on Lucario who was happy to have it on. Boltund was helping with Rockruff Fire Fang. Pidgey decided to help Magikarp by dodging his Hydro Pump attacks and master his Tackle attacks. Ashlyn was doing a lot of push-ups and sit ups. She wanted to stay in shape with her Pokémon.

Not a reason why she could tell. It would be better to say She could tell they liked the food by the way they ate like they were being starved or something. Then saying she was happy they liked it because she used a recipe she'd made with her mother that had a little something extra in it for them. In order to give that information.
All of her Pokémon agreed. So Ashlyn prepared lunch for all of her Pokémon and herself. She could easily tell that they liked the Pokéfood since she was the one who made from her mother's recipe with something extra. For herself, she had a ham and cheese sandwich.
