bro, the author os just trying to stay true to Naruto's characteristics. he wouldn't be naruto if he changes him too much. the idea of this novel is the changes it affects naruto and the shinobi world id a future naruto were to guide the kid naruto in advanced. I have read a lot of Naruto fic, a lot of them both here and in the ff dot net and it never gives a satisfying feeling if the author changes almost everything too much unreasonably without logical reasons.
