The tides would pretty much stop ecosystems would die causing many creatures to go extinct and pretty much all nature would go with it, easily over 90% of all greenery would die, that which survives would not be enough to sustain humanity, first a lot of people would from hunger and then anarchy and apocalypse. Humanity would probably survive in the end, but only a handful of people would, most of the things we would need to sustain a certain population would be destroyed during the anarchy.
But then again things might work differently in this world. Maybe the rules of science are different. Maybe they are completely ignored. Maybe the gravity could increase and nothing out of control would happen. Ya never know when it comes to the realm of dragon ball.
