It is perfectly legal for Rito and Mikan to be living on their own like this. In Japan, if you're under the age of 18, you simply need parental permission, and then you can live on your own.
Tears began to come out of her eyes and i immediately began to feel bad, i think i went too far with the dreams, i didn't take into account that i could have hurt this loli, she is so small and has so many responsibilities... I think someone should report their parents, i don't think it's legal for them to leave two minors alone at home and especially considering that one of them is 12 years old, i would do it myself, however...
