Kinda typical how many people make it seem like most mothers curse when they give birth when an educated one will know to focus on breathing and pushing as screaming is a waste of energy. Midwives/nurses would remind them to breath and push too instead of screaming.
Everyone is nerfed, the enemy is buffed beyond what should normally be. How long will this drag on? Destroy the throne. Use your actual OP abilities. This xianxia virus is even in an English story setting because the story stretched too long and the author forgot some of his characters' abilities.
