What would happen if you got stuck in Time? Zia has completed her Ph.D. in Botany and has applied for the post of lecturer/ Professor. She joins a High school as a temporary teacher and is entrusted with the task of leading a group of students on a trekking /camping expedition. On the way they meet a guy who seems to be a trouble maker but later, he proves to be a pillar of strength. Early morning their camp is attacked and they flee taking a different route. But they are lost. They enter a world where people are living, in hiding, for over 250 years. Their technology is much advanced as compared to ours. Their world was initially a Utopia but now it is changing due to an oppressive ruler. They are trapped in the time of this hidden world and want to help the people there fight against the oppressive ruler and his cronies. The oppressive ruler wants to make a number of Time Machines by using the brains of the scientists who had died in harness at the site of the experiments. They also travel to a flat manmade Earth-like satellite, which was made as a joke to taunt the scientists 7000 years ago, and which is still operational. Here they meet the inhabitants. They see a completely different world where animals, plants, rocks, water etc can talk. Before you touch anything you need to seek permission. They also meet the Aliens who come to the Magical World (the flat satellite) to get supplies. They see spaceships being guided to land by the scientists of the Magical World. This is not another space travel mystery of wormhole, multiverses, etc. Everything is on / near planet Earth. Read on to experience their adventures, their fears, and their courage, to deal with various situations and how, after meandering through various secret passageways, encountering adventures, they finally come back to their time. **************************** Was posting chapters@ 5-6 Chapters a week. These days I have some health and work issues going on, so will be posting @ 2-3 chapters a week for this month or so.

    Travellers Among the Stars

    Magical Realism

I was travelling to another country and had taken the morning flight. I was half asleep and was looking out of the window. An angel was standing on the wing of the plane and asking me to come out. How do go? I am in my body? But I do go out. This story is based on the experiences that I had while in meditation. Most of the incidents I have already recorded in poetry form which I will add here for reference. The story is woven around these incidents. I hope you like the story.

Hi Folks. I am so excited. I have been asked to fine tune this novel as well as write a screenplay for a Science Fiction Indian movie, as the subject of this novel is unique. Hoping everything goes well. View More

Yes, I just noticed that Sherpa's designation has crept in more than two times. Will correct it. Actually, in the beginning I was writing real long chapters. Now I am sticking to about 1025-1200 words. View More

AnthonyCerbic: wow this introduction chapter was very heavy-handed, especially the students' names just being dumped on us. And what is with "Sherpa, the peon" phrasing? is it going to be a thing, every time you mention Sherpa, the peon, you would add that he is a peon? Like, so we don't forget accidently? Weird.

ursus010: Interesting and unuseal story!

ursus010: Oh, that sounds very interesting! That's cool! Studying, working with bibliography, and probably etymology involved. That's lovely! Lucky!

For me, the most interesting thing in science was the research process itself, although of course the result is important. I had three projects on the history of the development of trade relations between Central Asia and other regions of the Silk Road. Reconstruction of roads, caravan routes, comparison of exports and imports along the Silk Road.

Along the way, I happened to visit India, both in the north and south. I did an internship there. India is a country of contrasts, a mixture of cultures, religions, so it is probably already diverse. What is curious, in North India acquired the tradition of playing "polo". Whereas in southern India in the "football". And in the southern part there were more Christian churches.

Thank you for sharing interesting information!

I studied Ancient Indian History and Archeology for my Masters in History. There was a semester on the ancient guild system from the Indus Valley Civilization onwards. This book of yours, even though depicted in story form, will prove to be an interesting read, taking me back to my University days. View More

ursus010: Thanks for the detailed and detailed review. I draw in vector graphics as a hobby. I have over 200 drawings. Therefore, I painted the covers myself. Maybe from the point of view of attracting readers, it was necessary to use the services of a pro. But personally I was pleased to draw the cover myself, which reflects the story itself.

The short story contains the squeezes of my work on the reconstruction of trade infrastructure and roads of the Silk Road era. The material included 450 historical books and about 50 ancient and old geographical maps of Asia and partially North and East Africa.

A lot of material has accumulated, with which I wanted to share with friends. It should be noted that the history that is in textbooks for colleges or universities, it bears an ideological component to a greater extent, it is too simple and not so interesting. If you read the primary sources, you get more knowledge about how the world developed, how countries developed. It is especially interesting to read historical documents of the 19th century, then their authors wrote what they really thought, without any political correctness. Therefore, it is evident that empires aspired to independent principalities, the authors of the 19th century wrote in this way - we want to colonize them, take away their mineral resources, work, and even give instructions to their travelers and scientists to collect intelligence information. It is written in collections of geographical imperial societies of that time.

At the expense of the smoothness of the text and its grammatical structure, I have confidence that there are errors. English is my third language, spoken is good, but written it is lame. Thanks nonetheless. When I started writing short stories, my English got a little better.

The main stories are:

- Merchants and merchants
- Scouts and spies
- Treasure hunters and local historian search engines

Thanks for your great review!

At the time of writing this review, I had read only 5th chapter. Hence, I am giving an interim review. After reading many more chapters another review from me will be posted here. I have saved the book in my library to easily locate and read.

The information given from the beginning is immense. People interested in the life of merchants would be indeed happy to read it. New authors may be able to enhance their knowledge and also get inspired to include in their story.
The writing is clear and explains the life of the merchant community. Something that one would not have learnt in school or college.

The writing quality is excellent, I did not see any mistakes, Stability of updates is equally great as many chapters have already been written. Character design and the World background seems to be well defined. I am expecting the development of the story to be excellent too.

I like your book cover. It seems you drew it.

There are more books by the author, will see those too.

I wish the author all the best. View More

ursus010: Synopsis is shocking with its scientific plot twist. In one novel of so much that is fantastic and technological, but the nature of man remains unchanged. But I wonder what is the nature of alien creatures? The same as people? Passion, greed, intrigue, desire, desire for wealth, fame, ambition, stepping over people's heads, tyranny, authoritarianism, the strong imposes its rules on the weak, licorice or equality, fraternity, unity with nature, the path of enlightenment? Interestingly, the author in this novel covers these issues? Well for this, it’s worth starting to read this amazing novel in order to understand this.

Success to the author!
