Stupid, The price he will pay so he can buy a sub is following league orders and playing with the other sidekicks, all while being watched constantly by Bruce to find out any weaknesses. And the second he tries to eat a villain soul, all the heroes will gang up on him. DC heroes are the worst, Honestly, even ''Heroes'' from The Boys are better than DC heroes.

Never said he has to be OP, but having a system put him in a coma for 5 years and then when he can finally use the system, after years of it being worse than useless, he can only transform for a few minutes and then gets caught. Would have made more sense if he was in a coma for 5 years and THEN he gets the system... making the whole cooldowns thing more believable and giving him time to make the cooldowns more manageable.

As for dealing with Kobra despite his longevity nonsense and his physical invulnerability well I could easily just fly off with his ass as he didn't have overly enhanced strength that could break a hold, I had on him and at that point I could simply drown or suffocate him via the ocean surrounding the island we were at or similar just go super high into the air with him.
