Your not wrong, but there are exeptions. its true that spinning isnt very efficient to avoid an attack, unless your using the spin for added effects. like using the momentum to strike/kick down a large man. or just for showing off like many movies does. it might not be efficient but it can be cool. spinning with weapons is also used when fighting multiple targets, its true its frown up to spinn (leaving your back open) but when fighting multiple targets its immportant to alway be aware of your seroundings, control and keep a good clearence around you. so preferable when you strick someone they will not be able to strike you back when your turning around. So a quick spin while swing out your sword your oponent around you will probably step back as they do not want to be attack so that you can focus on the person infront. now its immportant that your not swinging mill lilly, there are moments when its never okay, and this are every moment you do not have control on your oponents positioning and weapon. if the guy in front of you are ready to steb, you would never make a great swing, using the momentum by turning your back on the oponent. its a sure way to die or lose the competion or atleast lose a point :P So here we had someone doing a wide swing downwards, with a large axe. making me think that he would not have as much control after complete parts of the swing. So it would likely be safe to do the spin as her stats are likely higher and she knows where the axe is going. but in this case its also a rather ineffient move as she would have had to spin the backfoot around (same as a sidestep but added the spin), waiting to she has spun close to 360 before "slashed at the back of the mans leg" (i find it rather strange that she slashed the back of the legs but its a story so lets just enjoy it :P ). so ye in this case, sidesteping, guiding the axe preferably on the shaft and then using this momentum to strike at this persons arms (disarming them) or if they step to far into the strike as they expeted to hit something losing control, you might even be able to strike at the neck. but then again im no expert.

that is true, but when your doing "bloodwork" there is a limit to the amount drawn and it takes awhile for it to return to normal. somewhere around 2 days for the amount to return to normal, and many weeks. the recommanded amount of waiting time between a max drawing is 3 weeks (probebly depending on where in the world but its should be around there anyways) when he started drinking becouse he was starving the day before, how close did he get to the limit, this is a person who get a daily quest to drink 2 liters of water everyday. making me think that is the needed amount to no longer be hungry, while he also drank more to return his hp in the frency. the max recomanded amount blood drawn is 5ml / kg. so lets say she weight 100kg (unlikly but it gets the point trough) that would be 500 ml or 0.5 liter. this is the next day after an amount of blood was drawn that sent her to the hospital. well magic she was fine after some sleep, so maybe the nurse healed more then just the bite marks but there were no metion of it. so honestly i agree there should be some kind of effect on the person. like it was metioned a debuff, or max hp has been lowered. max stamina has been lowered, max str has been lowered etc.
