I love the plot twist. I was so scared that they would become enemies. I love the fact that even though Rudra is the MC he isn't al powerfull just because he is reincarnated. He is also a flawed character (rather than the readers complaining I really like that, not every choice he makes is the best one, he grows and learns) so a strong ally on the same level (rather than him being the overlord of the world looking down on everyone) is really interesting. It's better a secret has absolutely no chance of being found out if you don't tell it to anyone. At least have a layer of protection in RL before you give your idd away. It is logical + right now giving away his idd doesn't get any benefits expect brag rights. Even if it is your best friend keeping it a secret and preparing for the unexpected is the best course of action.
