he wished for madara hashirama so he should have fire water earth or if you want you can also add wind to it as that would be believable but neither madara nor hashirama ever displayed any lightning affinity or Jutsu.

Don't add any reincarnated oc. there are many good women in anime itself so there are several choises- 1. using anime girls like karin or shizuka 2. you can add an oc (but don't make them overpowered). 3. expand the story to include the whole universe in naruto and you can add an ototsuki woman in his harem 4. don't add women in naruto verse but make it so that he gains the ability to travel the multiverse. just don't overdo it by making too large a harem 3-4 max is usually a good number.
Should i add a female oc someone who has also reincarnated into the Naruto world for Sasuke's Pairing or choose from one of the girls that already exist, i kinda dont want it to be a harem but if thats what you guys want then i will make it a harem
