Okay, I didn't know that, thanks for informing me. I assumed most work on web novel would be fanfics and it slipped my mind that they do originals as well even though I read them haha. I understand what you are saying now.

An example would be 'Unfortunate Hero's Retirement Life' by HotIce, it starts locking chapters at chapters 75-80, I don't know exactly when as I have them unlocked after spending some coins etc, Have you not read books where chapters are locked? Because there are plenty on this site.

a lot of fanfics after reaching a chapter count of about 100 usually lock chapters, or usually the ones I read, and this one doesn't even when 150+ chapters in, I take this as a plus.
