This MC can’t even handle a few farmers even with several dozen soldiers and the authority of Tywin behind him!? How useless is this Mc?
Doesn’t he already have 20 soldiers? To police 350 unarmed, untrained farmers, that’s already more than enough
Lord Falwell helped in any way he could, he managed to scrounge up a few tents for the farmers to live in and had loaned me a couple dozen of his men to oversee security of the camp. However this wasn't enough, with more workers arriving every-so-often the problems only grew, which led me to send a raven to father. I asked for more tents, food and any soldiers that he could spare, with most of these arriving a fortnight ago.

The translation is an issue. Not because of spelling or grammar, but because the AI the translator uses summarizes the dialogue and prose instead of just translating it literally, so the entire story feels, well, artificial, in its story-telling style. The AI also over-simplifies things the original author deliberately expanded upon, making for some leaps in logic that don’t make sense in this translation.
