Hi! Love the title, just gotta say this though. The description of the book is what most people will read and base an immediate judgement on whether they will read the book or not, and to be honest it needs to be polished up. At least use proper grammar. I'm not saying it to be an AH but cuz i was genuinely interested in reading this book but put off by reading the description. please fix it up so more people can be interested as well.

unlike everyone else in this comment thread, I'm glad he got the bloodline. and I hope he turns into a full blooded dragon at some point, there's already plenty of human MC novels out there. let's get one where MC loses all of his humanity for a change, there just aren't enough of those

Such a law sounded very inconceivable and completely exploited normal humans. If any country on Earth dared to pass such a law, they would have been overthrown a long time ago!
