I activated my Sharingan to start the telescopic vision paired with X-Ray vision as I peek inside the city. The platform like structure is the walls of the city which blocks the ever-present hot sandy winds from entering the city and the spikey structures are various towers where the people of Roran reside. The highest town in the middle of the city is the Queen's Palace where the Queen Sara of Roran resides.
