high temp = more heat
"Thank you." Lilia nodded, "Um ... the temperature in this room is too cold, can it be increased?"

Mr lover over here
Warning! Warning! The voice of caution sounded once again in his ears. The girl was a siren disguised as a mermaid and poised to drag him to the bottom of the sea where she drowned him and have him for dinner. His father has clearly warned him against girls like that. Their only function was to scratch his itch, not drown his mind.

...or it's just the consequences of the son's actions?? not do, not die right? the comparisons here are out of proportion and illogical. no wonder she's not good with this type of thing
Raelle looked out the window and smiled, "I was just seeing how shoddy this love really can be. People swear on the sacredness of this love and yet, they don't even hesitate before throwing it away. A mother left her child for money and a lover didn't hesitate to leave her love to save her life. Doesn't this make love very tragic?"

It's more a problem in Japan in mixed trains. It was so bad that they had trains for separate genders
But he shook his head in disbelief. 'How can no one see this?!'

And if you look at the comment I replied to, it stated that society is selfish which is only justifying. And since you didn't explain why it's not, I'll explain why it is. Society is selfish so I can be selfish too sounds like a justification to me. And what I stated was the truth society values pregnant women more than normal people so if a selfish society makes you selfish ... wouldn't a society that has this value makes you share this value. I made this comment in context to the comment I replied to so don't take it out of context
However, like everyone else, Ryu didn't move. None of the passengers had thought the necessary to move. The boy's attitude and remarks aside, everyone on the bus had, for the most part, agreed with him.

Bruh. You can't compare homophobia to not wanting to give a pregnant woman her seat. She is objectively weaker and fare worse than the average person in normal situations. You are implying that the majority is partial to that concept and the guy sitting is a minority? Okay that is true... but for a reason and that reason is people are pretty civilized and they do have a moral standard that the guy fall short. And obviously people realize that hence they created the priority seat so that people like him won't take a seat that is designed for someone else due to that moral standard. So if he was in another seat it doesn't matter but he is in the wrong by taking a seat that the bus has kept for someone else. And you making this a political problem is why you don't understand. It's not about his mindset, he can believe in unicorns for all I care but at the end of the day, the woman is still standing. And I'm annoyed that he tried to explain his shitty argument because it's the author that's trying to feed this mindset to edgy audience in which y'all are the one being sheeps here. It's not a flex to be selfish, I respect your opinions so long as it doesn't harm anyone. Selfishness is being impartial to others for your own benefit. It is not an opinion

Reread what I wrote. I said if you are fine being selfish then you wouldn't try to explain yourself to someone who called out a selfish action. If you're fine with being selfish than I'm not gonna change you but the fact that you felt the need to explain how society is selfish or whatever means you ain't fine with the stigma. And I'm saying people aren't going to change to you so if you don't want the stigma than don't be selfish...

Obviously the victim and the molester comes from a different moral standpoint. And I'm talking real life, not just books. this is real, so many people faces the social stigma that they are being too loud and only humiliating themselves if they speak out. Don't question the author on this one, question society read some articles cuz this is real life.
But he shook his head in disbelief. 'How can no one see this?!'

Social stigma. Aren't you the one who said people were selfish?? yeah no one's gonna do anything

No one wants to give up the seat, doesn't matter where it comes from, the action helps people and he's at least better than the rest
"E-Excuse me. You can have mine." Shortly after the girl's request, a working man stood, unable to bear the guilt any longer, and offered up his seat.

have you read the comments by some of these immoral weebs? people really are having their moral compass influenced by a story called thot chasing system
Now, of course, the pregnant lady is worth benefit to Japan. She gives birth to a child, then the child grows older to help society. It's quite obvious that her child will continue to support Japan in the future. So, if you were to examine both the pregnant and the young and ask yourself which group is more valuable, the answer should be obvious. That's really the perfect argument, wouldn't you say?
Realistic · IamHazzard
Obviously society values pregnant women more than the normal person so in that case the pressure from society would be enough reason to convince someone to do something and if it doesn't, than that person is only wasting their time trying to justify themselves like you are

No one's trying to tell you to be not selfish they are only saying the word and it seems you r upset about it. if you don't want people to point it out, don't be selfish

That is the only true this this dude said so far. Instead of trying to make this dumb hoe leave his seat, just ask someone else more cooperative...
"Giving a pregnant woman a seat could be a good way to benefit society. Regrettably, I have no desire to contribute to society. I'm simply concerned about my own satisfaction. Oh, and another thing. You're asking me to give up my priority seat on this crowded bus, but why can't you convince the other passengers who are remaining silently seated and leave me alone? I believe that if someone actually cares about the pregnant lady, 'priority seat here, priority seat there' would be a little worry."
Realistic · IamHazzard
Well surprise the world operates on standards not YOUR circumstances. He is objectively morally twisted
If you ignore the question of a moral imperative, it was true that he wasn't morally responsible to move or to give up his seat.
