hmmm if you read what my comment meant, you understand its meaning. I just told that if MC did not upgrade his forging skill, he will be level 19, but as of this chapter, from level 19, MC level become level 17 due to too much exp need to upgrade his forging skill wherein after he upgrade his forging skill, the exp was deducted frim his current level which level 19 and turns out he back down to level below which is level 17..hmmm
