uhh I just did research on rock the literal description for it is that the pokemon using the move hurls boulders at the enemy pokemon it also shows it in the anime as the rockslide coming from the user not just spawning above the enemy

Alex's first choice would be Steel from Registeel. Although there are many legendary Pokémon that have a Steel type, it is better to get Steel from a pure Steel-type Pokémon than Steel from other Half-Blood Legendary Pokémon.

can protect be combined as well that's a bit OP basically any pokemon that mastered protect will be able to us physical moves against any other pokemon as long as they go in with a mastered protect this will truly make hit and run tactics almost unbeatable as long as protects cool down time gets lower
If you have trained a move on the master rank, you can use another move at the same time as long as the other move is also on the master rank. That means as long as Scyther has reached the master rank with these 4 moves he can use all 4 moves at the same time. So Scyther gets faster, stronger and his attacks will deal more damage the longer the fight lasts. He is also permanently being healed at the same time.

Toxic and Sludge Bomb would be good Poison-type moves for Golbat. these two moves are the very good poison-type moves. Physical moves, Facade, Fly and Giga Impact are good options. The problem is that these moves cost too much, especially Giga Impact and Fly with 50,000 TR Points "
