I only read up to Chapter 398 and as of that chapter there was no such Rank for God's. Though it was mentioned that there was a, possible, rank above Myriad Stage God (Tier 11)

Okami can mean either "Great God" or "Wolf" in Japanese. But in this context, the Author presumably means the main God's in Japan such and Amaterasu, Izanami, Susanoo-no-mikoto, Tsukuyomi-no-mikoto and Izanagi

Nowhere was that more true than in Japan. Mew had visited its 'home region' on multiple occasions, popping up all over the place. It had been sighted surfing in Okinawa. And flying lazily through the Japanese countryside alongside a bus or train. And even paying its proper respects to the Okami in Kyoto.

When he reaches his 'limit' in that life he kills himself and reincarnates and begins the process all over again. The Author has explained this multiple times in previous chapters, go back to find all the details

Over the years, I continued to be reincarnated into different species. One such species was the Zhell. The Zhell were a species indigenous to Notron that were hypothesized by historians to have been Humans. And as a small spoiler ... that is indeed true, but it is also false. The irony is much bigger and I will discuss this later.
