Tbh, for most strong-OP characters their only flaw is that they have some mental issues holding them back. Like Gojo being outplayed because of the Kenjaku reveal, Allen’s identity crisis in d. gray man, and the classic daddy issues of Shinji in eva.
You see, as I've said before, I really don't want to make this fan-fic something like the MC being overpowered from the start, because honestly, that's not much fun for me, I'm just incapable of writing an interesting book who has a super OP MC from the beginning who has no flaws and can do anything. Believe me, I tried to do this in the previous version of this book, and I just got stuck at chapter 3. That said, as I also said in previous chapters, I want to get the MC to develop to become super OP, because she's weak now (There's a reason and plot behind the reason to why she is weak now, it's not random, as most probably think. And it won't take that long for her to be Op, since her powers are broken asf)

Hmm another aspect that seems a bit cheesy is the power of emotions. Most OP characters or those that become OP progresses through their control of their emotions, and if the MC can understand emotions and learn to control them perhaps her powers can have anger boost and stuff like that. I mean in lore she’s a kinda god right, so her emotions should strong enough to achieve smth

Maybe you can incorporate the flaws that comes with Alucard’s abilities, in which her long sleep has made the souls chaotic in some way. The limitations her current power is due to her second personality is spending most of her powers to keep her body and personality intact from the chaotic souls, and somehow she needs to gain more energy, meet some conditions, etc to move out of low power mode.
