That should be 'ladybug' not 'ladybird'.
A red seven-spot ladybird landed and crawled quickly on the table. It even opened its tiny wings, ready to take off.

Blue planet? Why can't the author (or at least translator) just use 'Earth'. This novel is serious need of a better editor.
Posting a video about the honey would possibly be noticed by the existing special department. Thus, it was an opportunity to collaborate with the country.

So does a regular car. Or for that matter a regular human on foot. 60 min. * 100 m = 6 km/h That's not not even sprinting speed, that's literally the speed of an average person just walking along at a pace they can maintain for hours.
It was flying at hundreds of meters per minute. It arrived outside the 210th floor's balcony right at the estimated 68th second.

Sure they can, but she's working as an extra, a struggling one at that, and the story keeps reminding us how utterly expendable that makes her in the local film industries eyes. Since red hair is not a natural hair colour found in ethnically Chinese women, and an extras job is to blend in rather than stick out, a dye job would make it even harder for her to get work. Hengdian doesn't sound like the sort of place that would make even the slightest effort to work around such a thing by let's say giving her a wig for somebody that low in the pecking order. They'd just hire somebody else who didn't have to be 'fixed' visually to fit the scene.
Yang Dan, this woman...Lu Ze truly couldn't find any fault in her. She was really a perfect woman. Her appearance was nine out of ten. Her long curly dark-red hair looked even more charming, and her figure was even better than her face. Especially her chest, those two...cough cough!

I'm just surprised they haven't all turned into giant, human-shaped tumors given how many crates of cigarettes they must be going through in a day, every day. Seriously how do any of these characters even still have one functional lung lobe between them.
Pushing the remaining dish into the rice compartment and taking the last bites, Lu Ze took out a cigarette from his bag without raising his head and handed it over to Zeng Long. He then first lit his cigarette and took out another for himself.

Could be because of his background. He's a high school dropout from a seriously poor family who grew up in the proverbial sticks. Perhaps they couldn't afford a computer during his youth, and seeing as he has been doing what essentially amounts to unskilled day labor for the last six years he didn't really have a need for buying one and learning how to use it either. Just my theory of course. YMMV.
However, there were some aspects where he retained his abilities. For example, he discovered that he could now speak English. Yet, he could only speak. He would not remember a single letter if he had to write.

True, but i'm willing to give them this one. The unbelievable brutality exhibited by the Imperial Japanese Army towards the Chinese civilian population during the sino-japanese war was not just off the charts, it was officially promoted and even lauded by the military and political leadership of Japan at the time. So, yeah if you're Chinese when it comes to the Japanese, especially members of the IJA, of that _particular_ place and time you are justified calling them 'devils', and worse.
In this scene, Lu Ze was a small soldier and the male lead was a regiment commander inspecting the frontlines after repelling a wave of Japanese devils. The scene started with the camera following the main lead as he surveyed the trenches, walking toward Lu Ze while reminding his soldiers to gather at the trench again before personally sorting out their appearances.

Wow, an MC in a chinese WN that doesn't turn into a petty, self-absorbed, sociopath the moment his system kicks into gear. That's... quite refreshing.
Although his thoughts were such, when he saw his 'brothers of yesterday' drenched in sweat, he felt a bit uneasy. He even had a slight urge to go and lend a hand, causing him to then scold himself for being a good-for-nothing.

Dark red hair in a chinese woman?

So the author's saying our protagonist is slimy and lacking any semblance of a spine. 😁
Thankfully, Joshua's ability to adapt was no different than a slug's. Plus, his body's original spirit was still around, so Joshua did not display any oddities and simply went with the flow.
