Hinata nodded immediately and refocused on Orochimaru again. She only lost focus for a few seconds; Orochimaru shouldn't be able to do anything important so quickly.

Just learned this from Wikipedia Holika Dahan (Sanskrit: होलिका दाहन्, romanized: Holikā Dāhana, lit. 'Burning of Holika'), rendered Holika Dahanam in Sanskrit or Chotti Holi, is a Hindu festival in which a bonfire is lit to celebrate the burning of the demoness, Holika.[2] This ritual is symbolic of victory of good over evil.[3] It precedes Holi, the festival of colours, which celebrates the spring season.[4]
May the flames of Holika Dahan burn away all your troubles and fill your life with happiness and prosperity. Happy Holika Dahan!

A smaller margin of error means closer to the prediction (ie 3 Jonin or something), with a larger margin of error they can be further from the prediction (5 Jonin) and still survive. Cambridge Dictionary: an extra amount of something, such as time or money, that you allow because there might be a mistake in your calculations
Fortunately, Orochimaru was aware of the difficulties of flanking maneuvers. Among every three teams, he assigned a member of the Hyūga clan to increase the margin for error.

The margin for error is the bit you add in case of a mistake. For example, if you think you will need 10 drinks for 5 people but bring 15 in case someone drinks extra or an unexpected guest appears, the margin for error is 5 drinks. The margin for error doesn't necessarily affect the chance of an error happening but increases your ability to recover from it. This is how I understand it anyway so a bigger margin is better.

Fujin is saying to Shikaku (in his head) that Hiruzen never said the things Shikaku is implying he did.
Shikaku still hadn't forgotten how much work Fujin had put him through. Even after Fujin joined the council, he had avoided taking any responsibilities. Finally, he had a chance to take some revenge! Meanwhile, Fujin thought, 'When the hell did Hiruzen say that? Don't put words in his mouth!'

I'm deciding to take it as the 50% he knew the least about.
"Alright let's see, next, I'll knock off all the universes that I know less than 50% about. Going into a new life without any kind of knowledge is just a big red flag and I don't want to take that risk, to be completely honest." This brings the number down to 37 million.

I don't really like Sea Monarchy for the same reason I'm not the biggest fan of Sea Sovereignty (though I think the latter flows better). This might be technically correct but I feel the ship should have more of an individual feel so I advocate for Sea Monarch or Sea Sovereign. On the other hand, it's not that big a deal so do whatever.
[AN- I will change the name of the ship from "Sea monarchy" to "Sea Sovereignty" because they have similar meaning and the second one sounds better, But do tell me if you beg to differ]

I recently encountered another translation with this mistake. Now seeing it again made me pause and think it's more than a coincidence so I thought about it and maybe in the Chinese version it was changed to the fourth floor because the number 4 is unlucky (something to do with it sounding like death I think).
"This seems to be the forbidden corridor on the fourth floor?! How did we end up here?"

"My name is Tom Riddle. It is a small memory left by the owner of this diary. Where did you get it?"

I think it was explained earlier as a type of divination.
It was the extent of what he could do with time manipulation alone. The Gardens of Avalon had given him a lot of information about the concept of time, but Harry had spent years in his prison integrating it into his portal spell, nothing more. This was a completely uncharted territory in magic. He couldn't find anything about genuine time manipulation. Even then, from what he understood regarding the concept, travelling back in time was impossible. You could affect the flow of time, try to retrieve information from the past, maybe even stretch and constrict it, but creating a portal to the past or the future was impossible. Well, technically, you could stretch time to make it so a thousand years passed in just a second, there wouldn't be an actual gap in the fabric of time.
