that's why I said everything could've been prevented if he explained everything. and that the only thing I disagree with what he did was not explain. he should've explained and let her know what's going on. but people in love can be stupid even if they have a very high iq. they think they are doing them better and not burdening them by just not letting them know when, in reality, it's 100% not true. i honestly cannot answer the child hood sweet heart, but from what I noticed they are all just delusional cause they think they are special, or else there wouldn't be so many claiming they are child hood sweet hearts lol gu Zheng, he did mess up but not enough to deserve to be blind and not able to make up for his mistake. he's going to regret everything because he will realize what he did almost caused her to die, and right now, he also thinks she might be dead too. that's his punishment enough.
the only thing I disagree with is that he should have explained everything to her , and everything would have worked out better. But I don't think this deserves blindness at all. he did it because he thought it was also protecting her and not burdening her with his problems and also to survive. if he knew about it, he would've left immediately to save her. but he didn't know at all.
