But she couldn't be Torment for the same reason — if she was, Sunny would have been able to see the darkness of Corruption in her soul, and the Spell would have banished her from itself.

this still doesn't contradict what I stated. just that weaver "maybe" involved a world that "might not" have been afflicted.alk we know about the corruption is that things can be corrupted if exposed to it. weavers arm that was severed in the black tower shows that it can even corrupt an all powerful being. but only the source, or very close to the source, can afflict something.so if this "corruption" were to come to earth, we would be powerless to fight without the spell helping us. I don't remember if the spell came before the seeds, or if the first seeds came, then the spell. if the seeds opened first, then what the professor stated still holds true. as we rise in power so do the seeds. but this also mean that the corruption came with them, not the spell.

with what we have learned, weaver just helps awaken their aspect through the spell.remembering the knight that sunny killed in the first nightmare and history that we've been told. people could awaken these powers without it. all the spell is, is a weapon to fight back the corruption more efficiently. by trials and glimpses of the past that allows them to make a better stand in the future "fate" of the world's.

I'll agree to a degree... I could have worded my comment differently. I just hate wasting money on fluff. one chapter to fill us in on Shang not being able to handle boredom would have been enough. To write 2 whole chapters on this was annoying. of course, that's just my opinion.

I'll give you that it is by definition "content" yes, repeatedly saying over and over for over 200 words and 2 chapters something that could have been summed up in 4 paragraphs is "content." In my opinion and also by a degree of the word content (in regards to writing), it is junk or non content. I would call this non content in a book. it's filler, a bunch of words that give nothing to the story. thusly it is non content as it could be fully deleted, and you would lose nothing to the story.
