It is all going to depend on the story arc itself. I don't really try to make both parts of the story have the same importance; sometimes it is going to be more about the real world and sometimes more about Axel's world. Anyway, you can expect more chapters about Axel's world in the next few weeks.

I'm not going to lie, I think I know what you mean with "Dao comprehension" but I don't have any idea what "chaos qi" is xD. From what I have seen on the internet, I understand that it's the standard kind of energy used in some cultivation novels. Correct me if I'm mistaken. As for the questions, don't you worry. It's always fun to answer questions about the world or the story, or just talk about it in general. If I didn't like being questioned or suggested, I would simply write the novel for myself and never publish it anywhere.

Right now, Axel's world can't really maintain something as powerful as a phoenix, so we are going to have to wait a while until the beast reaches that level.  As for beasts gaining sapience, as it is right now, it would depend on their kind or on the individual itself. Some beasts will become more intelligent as they grow stronger, some even reaching human intelligence, while others will focus on becoming the perfect killing machine, remaining mindless beasts for the rest of their lives.

Well, I don't think something like that would be necessary. I mean, heaven's will add-on already has the power to send lightning and punishments towards people of Axels's choosing, and those powers would probably become stronger and stronger as the world grows bigger, so I don't think that an add-on specially designed to create punishments would be really useful.
