But Stark didn't sell them. Stark only sold to US Military alone. Obidiah Stane, the bald guy who tried to have Stark killed so the company would be his, was the one selling to criminals. Lot of fics have theories to further that, such as that Stane was involved with Hydra as he was one of the people who identified + helped cover up the Stark parent's assassination when they died and that he sold stuff to Hydra which got used in Sokovia thus this situation with Wanda + Pietro.

It could be the armor fasteners/straps, water container, bags, basically anything that might be made of cloth or leather (depending on what the musket strap is made of). To explain further, it's easy for people to identify a zipper via sound if they have seen or used a zipper before, but a isolated tribe that HASN'T is not likely to be able to identify a zipper via sound alone. Same here for the MC and musket strap, which he's highly unlikely to have seen or used before the apocalypse, especially not to the point he could identify it via sound alone and knowing the Spaniard had one.
