Yeah, I may have made a mistake with the scar issue. While I was writing that scene, an image of Tyrion with a very prominent scar across his nose popped up in my head from a fan art, and I completely forgot when it happened. My bad.
Moving on to the easier parts, I fixed his skeletal structure, evened out his uneven legs, and finally healed the long ugly scar on his face.

I had initially written a much lower fatality rate but then I did some research and found that there actually was a disease called the winter fever with that mortality rate. I also said that it kills people in 4 days, which is a long enough time to get healing if threes a magic healer in town
