But there has never been a mention of ants taking a dumpy, nor any monster for that matter(or maybe I missed it?)..... I've always thought that due to the biomass system, monsters never took a dump. Is this finally the time we see ants other than Anthony(And Leeroy, Vibrant, plus Brilliant) showing their shameful sides!

While that is true, you seem to have forgotten the fact that Vibrant's "small" elite company is now larger than what it has been at the start. The fact that Leeroy's Immortal Legion are maybe in the thousands mean that Champion's and other leader-like figures would eventually grow larger and complex than it initially was. Solant's ideology require a bigger and much more capable information collecting and analyzing infrastructure to support it, like how Brilliant's research into gates are currently a resource sink to the Colony. Factions have already formed in the Colony and other talented ants will eventually show up, just like how Smithant created ant armor and how Michaelangelant(Or someant) upped the Colony's decorations. It's just the question if they were born in the wrong Era or become a leading figure in their history.
