I’m annoyed that the fight he lost was described in detail, as I would enjoy the story more if it was skipped, yet the fights he won which I was really interested in were glossed over 😔. Feels like I watched a young master face slap the mc then the author just mentioned in passing how he beat them in the end. It feels good to complain about things but I think this is the best Pokémon novel on Webnovel, and I have loved the story so far.

I enjoyed the story so far, also bare in mind author that most people only comment when there is something they dislike which can be understandably demoralising. Personally I feel the use of the tumour was a bit heavy handed, and would feel more invested in the character if we were shown more of the “slice of life” style interactions between characters and scenes that happen outside of official plot, it would also help give your story a more unique twist and help it stand out. Thanks for the story keep up the good work.

I don’t care whether years or grades are used, but isn’t year 5 being someone who has spent 5 years in school easier to understand than 4th grade, which is not the 4th year in school, and the term grade is more often used to describe someone’s score on a test. Also have this:
