Finn smiled ever so slightly at my recognition of him and laughed good-naturedly, but I could still detect his wariness toward me. After all, he was essentially Ais's adoptive father, despite how young he looked. Plus, even if he wasn't there throughout most of her childhood, the entirety of the Loki familia was like his family, so it's only natural that he cares quite a bit. I did briefly wonder what had drawn him away from the others in the Loki familia.
