it's simple ,to be honest..i haven't read the novel and just came for reading the synopsis..but we humans like to sympathize with things which are pretty or good looking in our asthetics and don't care for others...for example you would kill a mosquito or a fly or cockroach if you see it in your house but if someone hits a cute looking dog cruelly then half the world would come shouting cruel and inhuman not even thinking how many animals of same or even larger sizes with almost similar intelligence are butchered for their food...i am not condemning anyone and I think it's perfectly fine too..same here...an orc is basically ugly and you would inherently not have good thoughts about it...so you won't feel much bad torturing it but not so for asthetically pleasing races or people..

tbh,he ain't using bow much and is using swords and spear too...depends on the weapon he has with him... don't drop for that ..this is a good piece of work!!
