There was an extra 5 essence that he didn't expect to be there. Figuring out that he got twenty from the snake Rosario tried redoing the math in his head to figure out how much essence from each animal he was getting but he couldn't figure it out. He figured he definitely must be getting different amounts for each animal, he just had to figure out how the different amounts were calculated.

good question, his affinities do get stronger but as he awakened this it gave him those affinities currently. like all systems exaggerations are in the explanation. basically it unlocks his potential to grow the affinity to a very high level

so in this paragraph she is just spouting off a few. it doesnt follow the order specified above it's a paraphrase. the order you have is much more like it except an earl is also added in. you will see this as the story goes further however it's a while till anyone is even a knight from this chapter

After thinking things over I believe i might go with posting here for only free chapters. however on patreon I'll be releasing early chapters, for now i would only have ten chapters ahead but i will be looking into 20 and 40 ahead. if this is what I decided on I will begin posting chapters on here again on the 29th of April

Here is the clan symbol
The symbol was centered on what looked like a Lugged Hewing Spear, however the whole spear was made of gold and the spear tip was a 5-pointed star. Where the Shaft began were protrusions pointing out either side of the shaft and behind these protrusions was a small sun. Crossing with the middle spear a third of the way down the shaft were another two spears each at a 45-degree angle. The heads of these two spears were a trident with the outer spikes having a scythe-like curve to them. Halfway down the middle spears shaft was another set of spears coming out at 45-degree angles and going across the whole symbol. All the crossing spears were held by 6 obsidian black arms that went to the mid forearm. On either side of the spears were golden Greek sculpture heads facing out and there were 6 golden wings, 3 on either side of the symbol, and 4 black wings intertwined with the golden wings. That is something I have looked into for the future. I was not sure how well it would be received so currently I do not have a huge back fill of chapters(only about 5). I am working on making more of a stock pile and doing it that way. I have seen other authors do it that way and might try implementing it slowly over time as I build more chapters. I will take this suggestion to mind seriously because i do like sharing my work.

why does his status not seem to add up. 20 total power at white, plus forty power at yellow plus 3 power for every 1 point in purple, and based on nylas stats it should be 5 power for every black point in total. at max power at purple he should have had 15 innate power 20 white, 40 yellow, 3x40 purple at 120 for a total of 15+180 at peak purple. based on what shown of nylas stats that each black point is worth 5 per stat that's another 110 power. he should be at 15+290. am I wrong or missed somthing

To be fair it does elude in the next paragraph that he removes them from his status screen and doesn't actually remove remove them. I believe author is trying to avoid extremely long character sheets with tons of skills so is using a function to "hide" these skills basically. Author feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
