Most likely you’d need the Evolution for that, all the Energy flooding and changing it’s body should allow it to regain what was lost.
Rex found a secluded place and used his abilities to treat Machop. He had hoped his life energy could regenerate Machop's arm, but unfortunately, he failed. Life energy only healed Machop's accumulated injuries and the wounds from the recent battle; it couldn't regenerate lost limbs.

After sorting out all the immediate issues, Ven went back to the states for the time being. He started looking around into America based game companies as well as recording studios he can hire for localization. He hired several staff and rented office space in LA for his operations when he was sorting out auditions for his voice actors. But after the most hectic times, once everything stabilized, he went back to Gotham and did the remaining work via conference calls.

It’s like he’s becoming Martian+ he already has almost all their abilities or similar and he’s only going to add more!
There was one more ability he wanted to copy before leaving though. He went and copied Justin Gaines' telekinetic ability for the heck of it. Not that he'd ever need it either but because as a former human from a world without powers, it was one of the more interesting or favorite ones along with Superman's or Spider-man's.

Nick thought in shock as the figure floated down and softly landed on the two bare feet with wobbly balance. "Here." Nick said as he tossed some clothes to the figure from the realm that were likely to cover them equally while looking away. "You speak Aeis?" the figure spoke in a soft voice that made him shiver , not from it being sensual or anything but because of the sheer power of each word.-

About three days after the adventurers started to head out to explore and categorize the surrounding flora and fauna Nick got a report that made him quite angry. The war bands that he had chased off previously had come back in even greater numbers. Not only that but they had finally made it clear what it was that they wanted by capturing or killing most of the adventurers that had left the settlements walls.
