This is a story that I unfortunately dropped since no one liked it. I thought the idea was really cool because I wanted to portray the concept of a bard the way he has always been for me: a support. Anyway, I have other stories I'm working on, like Claws, Scales and Feathers—unfortunately, it's slow too. I'm writing a story with an RTS vibe that's going to be more dynamic, and I plan to release it later this month. I'm really sorry I can't release more stories about the bard—unfortunately, my source of income comes from the stories, so I have to make certain choices. :(
In humanity’s dystopian future, the Oasis has become the only chance for expansion.
There, each envoy can become a Lord — raise fortresses, command armies, and summon heroes.
But there is a silent hierarchy.
Humans are already considered the weakest race.
And the colonists… are merely numbers sent to meet quotas.
He was born in one of those colonies.
He was not chosen for talent.
He was not sent for honor.
He was sent because someone had to fill the slot.
He hates no one.
He does not dream of revenge.
He has only one goal:
To survive.
In the Oasis, surviving means building.
Building means dominating.
And dominating requires heroes.
When his time came to summon…
ordinary soldiers did not answer.
Lesser spirits did not appear.
Legends came.
And the world that treated him as disposable
would begin to learn that surviving
can be the first step toward ruling.
Growing up in poverty, Nikolai struggles daily to survive. The long-awaited day of the selection for the Northern Bear Tamers approaches, but his wounds are too deep to be hidden. If he is not chosen, only death awaits him.
Despite his remarkable luck and skill, each day is a new torment. Alongside his loyal companion, he faces powerful enemies — strong enough to threaten even the wyverns.
As if that weren't enough, a new enemy emerges on the horizon, bringing with it the harbinger of the apocalypse — and the destruction of everything Nikolai knows.

In a universe where magic pulses like notes in a song and the impossible dances to the sound of past classics, lives Jonathan, a wanderer enchanted by the power of music. Born on Earth during the vibrant decades of the '60s, '70s, and '80s, Jonathan was torn from his time and thrown into a fantastical world—where spells are triggered by melodies, swords shine with guitar solos, and mystical creatures weep at the sound of a good blues.

And if by the end of this journey you find yourself humming a forgotten hit that helped save the world, then Jonathan’s mission—and the author’s—will be complete.
