Turning wood into steel means changing the Number of Electrons, Neutrons and Protons of All the different Elements found in wood until they turn into the components necessary for steel, because while some (like Carbon) are indeed already present, others are not. Additionally, he explicitly says "create new Atoms". Also, even if reused everything he could, he would still not have everything he needs to create steel. Even if we assume he has found a way to achieve a 100% wood-steel conversion rate he would still need to create new Atoms, because Steel is much denser than wood, and as such, converting a certain volume of wood (even if there is no mass lost during the process) would result in a smaller volume of steel. So he can't just take a sword sized stick and turn it into a steel sword without creating extra mass (or taking it from his surroundings, though again the creation of new mass was explicitly mentioned).
Slowly he closed his eyes, focused his new sense on his sword and created new atoms. From an outside view one could see the swords blade and pommel slowly being coated with a shining layer of stainless steel.

Very easy, King's Chastiefol. I could also choose other weapons but why would I? It was one of the most versatile weapons in the fictional world as far as I know.

couldn't he just ask them and then reload ? in either case he would still look like he was able to intuitively know the perfect present. Or if the person doesn't want to say it, he could just brute force it by buying different presents and then reloading if she doesn't like it, until he finds the right one.
Not only that, he could also exchange his points for information on the favorite gifts of whoever he wanted to send something to!
Urban · Idle Fish Goes Ashore
in an incident yeah, but in a fight reloading won't help you if your opponent is faster than you. Also it's still unclear if he will auto reload upon death, so if something kills him before he has time to manually reload he's out of luck. So even if it isn't directly helpful in a fight, it could grant the few moments he may need to load himself out of a potentially lethal situation.
Specifically, in dangerous situations, such as when he was threatened by gunfire or about to be run over by a car, all the limiters on his body’s physical ability would be removed, and he’d enter an adrenaline rush mode. This would slow down his perception of time, which would enable him to make ultra-fast reactions in order to avoid imminent danger.

wasn't just his new mother not blood related?
Well, this must be attributed to the fact that his body had already inherited excellent genes beforehand. According to the original Seiji’s memories, his younger and older sisters were both S-class beauties, and he should have been a hunk as well to match the rules of genetic inheritance.
Urban · Idle Fish Goes Ashore
yeah, but the previous seiji seemed to be the type of guy who would rather just limit his family Interactions to mooching off of them, so it would make sense for him to be oblivious about his families social and/or political status.
"Currently, he probably doesn’t even know the true meaning of the ‘Haruta’ family name, even though I had hinted at it right from the beginning. It seemed like he had no idea, nor did he show any curiosity or desire to inquire more about it."

or maybe his childhood friend?
She was grateful to the President-sama, who had coolness, beauty, and gentleness combined in one body. She almost seemed like a goddess—the idol of the entire school as well as Mika herself. And that was why she was worried about the president contacting Seiji… after all, the president’s attractiveness was at the level of an alluring witch!

suspension bridge effect at its finest👌
Although she found this somewhat unbelievable, the reality was, whenever her mother wasn’t by her side, she could only feel some semblance of security while being by this fatty’s side.

he wrote them in his mother tongue, wich doesn't exist in skyrim. So not only would the person finding it have to translate a whole new language from nothing, but they must also believe that the 'scribbles' of a 6 years old are actually more than random nonsense. And even if they think that the foreign words have meaning, they have no reason to believe that it's contents would be anything worth the effort of trying to translating it.
About my first language, I kept writing notes with it and mummer it to myself, just to not forget who I am or what I once was, I wrote these notes in secret and they were about all what I could remember about the mods, lore, secrets and event's that will happen in the future, I had to keep the knowledge that I am sure it will be of good use in the future.

it's been a while, so I forgot the name. Though maybe someone else will recognize it, so I will just write what I remember from the plot. As far as I remember he choose to be a Minecraft system and his host was a demihuman slave loli. After he helped her escape she was captured and "forced" into servitude by a Vampire lady. She then used the minecraft potion and crafting/enchanting system to get stronger and amass wealth. There is an arc about the faction of the Vampire, but after that he and his host started World traveling (as far as I remember). Whenever they came back, they traveled around for a bit and there were a few short "arcs" that were at most a few chapters... thats about all I remember. I hope you find it, or atleast someone else sees this and recognizes it
"Yep. Being CEO of IDS can be pretty boring. Then, I had a revelation! Hehehe. After reading so many fan-fics, I never got to read anything about someone being the System itself!!! So, why don't I experience it myself. I mean, it's like going to be like my part-time job. I could personally control the System and do whatever I want and the like by, like, embodying it. Planning really ain't my forte, but I could work from that. So, yeah, I can become the System, experience how it works, do whatever what I want, give away missions and rewards, and would occasionally leave and let an emotionless A.I. take over for a while when I just want to laze around." Asterix explained as she found herself in between Mellion's arms.

I said (wrote) 5 true magics, not 5th true magic. That means all five. Also the blue is much more than simple time travel, and while we can only guess until it's capabilities are elaborated on, im pretty sure it too can grant you immortality.

i think he means this
All in all, he looked absolutely disgusting, a creature that came out of a nightmare... which was awesome! It looked like an eldritch abomination, though with no tentacles.

yes... good lore (if its not obvious, i dislike a lot of FGO lore, primarily the power levels shown throughout the plot)
"First of all their goal is to deal with 'existential threats to humanity', which in itself isn't all that bad, however it is just unnecessary." I said calmly. "Now that I have access to the throne of heroes I know more about what it really is, a dimension of sorts where a higher being stores the souls of the greatest and most powerful humans to use them against 'existential threats to humanity'. And what they want to do is set up an organisation that summons heroic spirits and uses them to defeat 'existential threats to humanity'. You see where I am going with this? They are literally just adding themselves to an already existing process, and it is impossible for things to go well when humans are involved in every step of the process so what they are doing is messing up something that already works just fine! Besides, I can already do that! I can summon heroic spirits and I can deal with 'existential threats to humanity', so the existence of the organisation itself is just nonsensical!

no problem, though I must admit, this Argument only really holds, because the Author both mentions victory through science in his title and tries to explain his abilities using scientific methods. If he had just said "and then the stick was magicked into steel" reasoning with rl logic would have been futile. And as such, even if he says that he 'creates' something, it actually being transmutation instead wouldn't be out of question.
Slowly he closed his eyes, focused his new sense on his sword and created new atoms. From an outside view one could see the swords blade and pommel slowly being coated with a shining layer of stainless steel.
