The most annoying troupe and especially when executed this poorly... it's so unsatisfying reading scenes where mc has to hide his power, you might as well have made him less OP and it would have been a lot more fun to see him struggle and end up on top.

The shallow cheeks of his face had filled in nicely and had enhanced his already majestic features. The improvement to his condition was tremendous. It was amazing what a high protein and calcium diet could do for the body. Though he was by no means a bodybuilder and had still maintained a very lean appearance, Berengar was certainly no longer sickly in the slightest.

You can loose weight just not build a lot of muscle in 3 weeks. Boxers/mma fighters do it before every fight. They have to loose up to 15 pounds in days
His mane of hair was longer and more tangled than ever, but at least physically, he now had a certain bearing. His skin was much clearer, his eyes were brighter, and his body was well defined without looking massive. To be honest, he had never looked better.
