I don't wanna agree with the nigh-omnipotent concealment effect, not only because it's other effects simply can't match it, the bar for nigh-omnipotence would have to be really really low for this to qualify, like nigh omnipotence = planetary level at the most, that's how far I'm reasonably willing to give it, cause detection methods can get pretty scary, especially on a huge scale like looking through time, tracing the particles of the universe, even magically accessing the universes akashic records, these are all things that are done by characters who do not claim to be nigh omnipotent so either that one function of the cloak transcends the HP universe infinitely or nigh omnipotence = very average
