cutting tendons makes them just as useless though, even modern medicals sometimes mess up and your movements can be hindered, like you cant move your pinky or something, speaking from experience
They were precious resources so I used nerve attacks as much as I could or I would cut thier tendons to put them down.

warbows have effective range of about 150-200m, anything obove is just a very lucky shot
I put the last train of thought away and I got on all fours before I started sprinting towards the army. My sudden change in pace caught the army off guard but the distance between us was still plentiful so they had ample time to react.
