thats's true my comment was more directed at the way he said it (i think, it has been an year already after all)personally i see wands more like a focusing lens, an object that helps you focus energy more accurately. but honestly i like that "training wheels" view, it's very easy to understand.
Quinn spent his remaining time before Hogwarts with his family and practicing magic.
