Turns out there's a reason in the last few chapters

Idk about the other reviews but I didn't think the novel was that bad. Was I upset about sun yu? Yes. But, the author used it to further develop the MC's character, and to be honest, it's kinda unavoidable that kind of thing happens when the mc has that much power. At least he gave her a good ending. Why is everyone getting upset over that? He doesn't have enough to scare people off but enough to make em feel threatened. I also liked the MC's growth through the novel. He started compromising more and it turns out his dark impulses are because of the system. The chinese nationalism could use a lot of toning down, but other than that it was a good read with a good translation. Unfortunately idk when the last 28 chapters are going to drop so i'll have to leave it at 831 chapters

Really enjoyed the novel so far. The MC is more realistic than some others I've read imo bc not everyone defaults into a "me versus the world" mentality when this kind of situation happens. The progression is good, and I'm liking the world building. The system only giving buffs to girls was a little questionable, but from chapter 100 on, I didn't really notice the discrepancy in levels. Good stuff, and thanks for not making it paywalled.

Uhhhh, is the Fenrir spirit soul that made the "old monsters" interested in him enough? And last I checked, 27 y.o. isn't even that old. As for saving people, get some empathy or stop getting jaded from all those "cool MC" novels

What're you on dude? The MC tries to help people, you know, being a human, so either you're jaded from reading too many cool MC novels or you lack basic empathy to think that trying to save people is a "12 year old boy" thing. Also, he literally has that Fenrir spirit soul that makes him "stand out from the rest." As for the Feminism, I agree its a bit much, but it is true that women are oppressed. Also, the author doesn't make every man other than the MC trash, so it isn't even that exaggerated. Giving the girls buffs is "fair" from the novel's viewpoint bc it is factually true when looking at human history as a whole that women were oppressed for a long time, and looking at history as a whole is what the "world" did. Just bc they aren't so much now doesn't mean that they're automatically equal to men in everything. The upper echelons of human leadership are just now starting to get women representation that wasn't even conceivable 25-50 years ago.

Good novel, however, the title is a bit misleading. The MC only ever has one girlfriend although he does have *** with other people. He's also not super smart, so be prepared for a realistic story with some insane but reasonable power creep.

Looks very very interesting, another MLB book. Cultivation Online is already pretty good, so i'm excited for what this novel's going to turn into!

Author got mad humor. I laughed at least once per chapter. The banter is so good, and the OP but flawed MC just makes it better. Literal number 1 out of 553 novels for me so far. Just wished I discovered it a few years later so I could binge it all at once. Keep it up Author-san!! :)

Pretty fun overall to read, don't take it too seriously rn. An MC using op stuff and having a good time while making somewhat rational decisions. Puts it into top 1% just for having those things.
