Yes, despite being pranked by Qie Xieling so many times and being treated invisibly he still wanted to be Qie Xieling's friend. In fact, he sought of liked the pranks because it meant Qie Xieling was thinking about him. That was the only time Qie Xieling didn't treat him like he didn't exist.
