the guild bases can have floors underground, like the 6th floor of nazarick, where you can build thing's or add thing's like a Forrest or mountain range, though the space is limited as well as the amount of floors both can be increased, also each base has a certain amount of NPC levels at the start depending on the difficulty of the dungeon which can also be increased to have more NPC levels, as you can imagine making a floor takes a lot of resources.

can you make one of the floor's a Forrest full of useful monsters that are mindless or wild so that when they get to the new world they won't have to worry about that, also make either the area around the castle a town/city or make one of the floor's into that so they already have some form of civilian population with different jobs that will be able to reproduce, they also won't be as limited as the people of the new world I think, also if you make the town/city on one of the floor's can you make the castle a mix between castle and fort, this is all a suggestion author you do what you want.
