I think you’re missing the point. Being underground is very damaging for one’s mental health, even with oxygen and artificial light. It’s not easy at all. I mean, don’t you often wonder why some people get depressed when they have no friends, are locked up in their own rooms, and curtains closed? This is basically the situation the protagonist is in. I very much doubt the author will try to write about the physiological damages that would get inflicted to a person who’s locked up underground (most authors don’t), artificial light, and no human contact (assuming the locked up person doesn’t have a system). I’m just saying, most people who are given imaginary situations often think It’s easy until they experience a snip.
"A survival game?" Klein muttered as he squatted down, his palm touching the ground.

Comments like these are what remind me that some people are just straight up simple.

Ah yes, a hurricane of nature ain’t that big of a deal.
I was just walking around, a strange storm appearing out of nowhere wasn't all that big of a deal.

No problem! Thanks for the review!
I‘m in this story and I don‘t like it. Someone tell the author he‘s going to expect my lawyer soon. A sue is in due, gentlemen!
Because of this, he always looked at everything with a bored face. From the start to the end of his education, he just got by with average scores. As soon as a specific knowledge wasn't necessary, he would forget it as if he had never learned it in the first place.

It's an AU. I've changed a LOT of the story. Like, I've changed so much that I don't think I can call it DanMachi anymore. Eh, oh well. Who cares, right?

Ohh, that makes sense, actually! Thank you for pointing that out!
Unable to maintain consciousness long enough to hear the final words, Quinn duly passed out.

I fucking called it! Cannibalism! Yay!
A taboo was broken, a deep sin burned into the memory of the survivor. And a hunger, sated.

"Before it could let out a confused bark" As small and as insignificant this part may be, I think I like this a lot. The sentence, "let out a confused bark" is a subtle jab at the lack of empathy and humanity that monsters inhibit. When met with the corpse of his kin, the red goblin didn't wail or weep, Instead it was only confused. It was pure confusion. No sadness, no regret or remorse. I truly like this story a lot.
I waited until the two goblins were finished, with one a bloody heap of flesh, and the other finally realizing that it wasn't attacking an enemy. Before it could let out a confused bark, my dagger slid into its throat.

Lmao I could not imagine the reaction of a person with Entomophobia. They wouldn't survive.
She had been spawned inside of a Field-type dungeon, full of insect-type monsters. Beetles, centipedes, ants, all sorts. The difficulty was the variation between each one.

«First chapter spoilers. Read the review at your own risk.» I read the first chapter. First impressions? The stages of grief are portrayed accurately throughout the chapter. Leia goes through disbelief and denial when learning about the death of her mother and then enters the raging stage. Good illustration, I'd say. One thing that I'm thankful for is the lack of spelling errors or grammatical errors. All in all, I'd give this a 8.8 out of 10, based on the first chapter. So for all of you who’re wondering if this is worth it to read, I'd say based on what I've gleamed so far? Go for it! And for why I've given this a 8.8 rating, it's because of the pacing. Everything is happening so quickly, first Leia’s mother dies, she goes and gets drunk, goes into her father’s mansion and starts smashing his expensive cars. All in one chapter.
