What should happen is that after a couple more trips someone should notice that when we are not in the dungeon the reports stop, and when we are in the reports happen again. Therefore raising suspicion. Then after a few more it would be a confirmation.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself, it is entirely your fault this happened. You had a total of 4 options. 1) Toss the orb in first. 2) Go in together. 3) Have the orb tossed in after you. 4) Leave the orb and go in alone. Out of all those options you choose the riskiest and have only yourself to blame for the outcome.

Small errors like this don't generally need to be fixed as it doesn't affect anything, especially when it's more nuanced like this. I personally wouldn't fix it unless it bothers you. I personally wouldn't fix much unless it's a major error that can ruin the story or the flow. But you do you.

'a' comes before a consonant and symbols. 'an' comes before vowels. This is because it is generally easier to say 'an' before a vowel. Say 'a apple' then say 'an apple' you should generally feel that it is easier to say 'an apple'. There are exceptions such as the word 'hour'. Since 'hour' has a silent 'h' in the beginning and you say the 'o' first you use 'an'. This will be used for words that are said similarly; with a silent consonant at the beginning and said with a beginning vowel. If I am wrong please let me know, learning is fun.

Unless it's this super duper ultra extra special magical horse with super incredible ultra powers that everyone seems to know but no one was ever able to tame the thing and will act super duper ultra surprised when Artoria was able to tame this ultra special super duper horse, or at least something along those lines

So, we become slightly stronger for only 30s but can only use it once a week. It also makes us incredibly vulnerable after that 30s and gives us a 2 day debuff which is hyper insomnia, which can lead to very little sleep which can then affect us for possibly many days after the debuff is over. It literally is not worth using it unless you are going to die anyways, so extremely rarely

This stems from what a person wants to declare as an aircraft. The Wright Brothers on their 1903 flight had to use launchers, such as catapults, to be able to propel the aircraft at the start and used skids as the landing gear. Whereas those that argue that it is Dumont in 1906, 23 October that made the first aircraft since his did not require a launcher and used wheels as the landing gear, which is what we modernly use as landing gear. Also authentic documentation showed the Wright Flyer, the Wright Brothers 1903 plane, had flown without a launcher but with the use of strong head winds. Another difference was that the Wright Brothers where able to fully steer their aircraft, up, down, left, right, whereas Dumont was unable to fully steer, only able to steer up or down. As for those before the Wright Brothers, they are not normally accepted since to be classified to be an aircraft you must have full control and all of them before were unable to demonstrate this. If I have something wrong do tell, this is based on memory and some quick googling, so I can easily have got something wrong.
At the cliff's edge, the Wright brothers craft the first airplane, and humans finally realize the dream of soaring in the sky.
